Moving from one pose to the next in a flowing manner connects us to gravity, our sense of balance and orientation, our breath and endurance. Get your whole body working high and low in a series of moving sequences involving standing, sitting and on the floor poses. Wind down with deliciously calming supported poses using a chair!

A QUESTION OF BALANCE
There’s more to balancing than strength and different ways of exploring equilibrium! Two arms, one leg, four limbs or two, upside down or right side up, balancing is a whole body business. Have fun exploring the nuts and bolts of some balancing poses and tap into your core power, arms and legs coordination and overall stability. Then let it all melt away with a yummy guided relaxation!

Day 3 EOY Intensive AM
OVER THE BEND WITH A TWIST
Nothing pulls us out of our shell and invigorates us like back bends! Back extensions awaken the spinal column, strengthen our back muscles, stretch our front body and make us feel alive and vibrant like no other group of poses. We will work with some simple twists in combination with the back bends to keep the back in check and then release it completely with a long and deep relaxation.

THE POWER OF LETTING GO
This session is the icing on the cake with a cherry on top! Step into your quiet self and surrender all of you with a series of supported poses including sitting, reclining and hanging in ropes to deeply relax, soothe the nervous system and connect with your beautiful breath. We will end our 3 day yoga journey with a meditation and some chanting.
