At Y Pilates we teach Reformer Pilates classes using both traditional and contemporary methods, on state of the art, resistance-based machines. We believe in an integrated approach to total wellness, and have designed our classes not only to lean and tone the body but to increase control, balance, precision and strength.
Our classes target deep postural muscles, improving core stability to support the spine and reduce back pain. You’ll begin lying down on the Reformer and move through seated, kneeling and standing exercises, addressing the major muscle groups. Each class will take you from isolation to integration, as you flow from simple to complex movements to rebuild and re energise body, mind and spirit.
Our passionate teachers are the best in their field and small class sizes mean that every student receives personal attention within the dynamic environment of a group class.
